This Cream Tortini recipe not only tastes great, but it looks fantastic, too!
It has all of the ingredients to make it truly chocolatey and creamy.

Directions
Line a muffin tin (at least 6) with muffin linersPlace 1 cup of cereal into a zip-top bag.Add the cookies to that bag.Crush them with a rolling pin until they are fine.Melt butterPour the cereal mixture into a bowl and add the melted butter.Combine well.Divide the cereal mixture into thirds.Take 1/3 of the cereal-crumb mixture and press it evenly into the bottom of each muffin cup liner. In a new bowl, combine 1/3 cereal mixture, pudding, ice cream, and vanilla in a bowl; stir until well-combined.Divide ice cream mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups.Top with the last 1/3 of cereal mixture. You can sprinkle more Post Cocoa Pebbles on top.Cover and freeze until firm.Enjoy!
Note: to store them, remove from cupcake pan, and place it into an air-tight container.
The bottom is so crispy and chocolatey, while the ice-cream center is creamy with a little bit of crisp.
These are great for a snack after dinner, a treat at a party, or just something to enjoy in the afternoon when you want a little extra treat!
