This recipe is really easy and I love that it is Dairy Free because with our kids being so congested from colds, dairy is the last thing that I want them to have! This is made from cultured soy, not dairy. So- I wanted to shake things up a bit and add some different things to my yogurt-alternative. I picked healthy options and turned it into more of a lunch than a snack! I hope that you love this as much as we did! Recipe: Start out with Dairy free yoguft (I used the Tropical Pineapple flavor… really any flavor will work, but this is my favorite). Take your yogurt and place it into the bottom of a glass. I like to use a mason jar because I can take it with me or send it with my husband to work (great tip from my friend, Hillary). I put the yogurt down and put frozen fruit right on top of it: The next step is to put more of the yogurt on top or to use a second container. I used a second container because my husband was planning on taking this for his lunch. I then topped it off with sliced bananas. It is really good and every bite has fruit and yogurt. You could even top it off with some fresh blueberries or a handful of your favorite granola. Here are a few reasons that we like the Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative: – Delicious! – 6g plant-powered protein per serving – Smooth, creamy texture – Made with real fruit – Free of dairy, cholesterol, and artificial flavors and colors You can receive more recipes, tips for healthy living and idea by signing up for the Silk Newsletter.
