This recipe is really easy and I love that it is Dairy Free because with our kids being so congested from colds, dairy is the last thing that I want them to have! This is made from cultured soy, not dairy. Ā So- I wanted to shake things up a bit and add some different things to my yogurt-alternative. I picked healthy options and turned it into more of a lunch than a snack! I hope that you love this as much as we did! Recipe: Start out with Dairy free yoguft (I used the Tropical Pineapple flavor⦠really any flavor will work, but this is my favorite). Take your yogurt and place it into the bottom of a glass. I like to use a mason jar because I can take it with me or send it with my husband to work (great tip from my friend, Hillary). I put the yogurt down and put frozen fruit right on top of it: The next step is to put more of the yogurt on top or to use a second container. I used a second container because my husband was planning on taking this for his lunch. I then topped it off with sliced bananas. It is really good and every bite has fruit and yogurt. You could even top it off with some fresh blueberries or a handful of your favorite granola. Here are a few reasons that we like the Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative: ā Delicious! ā 6g plant-powered protein per serving ā Smooth, creamy texture ā Made with real fruit ā Free of dairy, cholesterol, and artificial flavors and colors You can receive more recipes, tips for healthy living and idea by signing up for the Silk Newsletter.
