Ā Personal, tasty & beautiful! Ā  Ā There are many times when I want to do something nice for someone- someone helping our child, a neighbor, Ā a teacher, etc… Ā this would be the perfect gift for this occasion! Ā I added in a few little notes, myself, to help you find the materials… Ā Have fun!Ā Lets start with the Jar… 

Materials to make decorative jar:

flower – Silhouette (or you can find a cute one at Michaels)Ā cardstock – Discount Cardstock (find a card stock that you like at your favorite craft store)waxed linen – available in most bead shopsbutton – unknown Ā (any button will work)paper – My Mind’s Eye Bramble Rose collectionadhesive – Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Glue Dots Ā (most craft stores carry glue dots- just ask someone & they will point you in the right direction)Ā Ā 

Quick ā€˜n Easy Potato Soup in a Jar Recipe

2 cups dry, instant potatoes1½ cups instant milk powder2 tablespoons instant chicken boullion1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp powdered garlic¼ tsp pepper¼ tsp dried thyme

Combine all ingredients in a resealable one gallon food storageĀ bag and shake to mix.

Store in an airtight container.

Makes 1 quart.

Cooking Instructions:

Place ½ cup soup mix in a bowl, cup or mug.Add one cup of boiling waterĀ and stir until smooth.Thanks, Allie! Ā What a wonderful idea! Ā I can’t wait to try this for someone for Christmas- it would be PERFECT for neighbors or someone special that you want to include!
