This week, the kids wanted snowman pancakes, so leave it up to Mickey to make them! It is time for chilly mornings, snow on the ground and the holidays! That means that pretty much everything that we do will revolve around holiday planning. Even our paper towels are holiday themed! (I partnered with Bounty to try the new limited edition Winter Pop Prints Paper Towels and Quilted Napkins.) The napkins are for our party that we are having. It looks cute & it helps clean up, so our guests can focus on the meal, not the mess.

What you need:
1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon melted butter
Bounty Winter Pop Paper towels
Bacon

In one bowl, mix:
1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt

Slowly add in:
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon melted butter

Once it has started to cook, add the chocolate chips. When it is bubbling, flip them.
When it is finished, add your bacon.

Tip: Keep your Bounty Winter Pop Paper Towels close by. We have found that if the batter spatters on the griddle and we don’t wipe it up, it will take away the shape of the pancake when you flip it and they melt together.

Here is a video to show you how easy it is to make the snowman pancakes. (If you would rather watch it right on YouTube, you can find it here.)
